Tube Manipulation

At Angle Ring we operate a range of Rotary tables and tube bending machinery, including CNC controlled multiple axis machines. Over 60 years in the industry has allowed us to develop a large range of tooling allowing for most tube diameters to be curved from a bend ratio of 2D upwards.

Tube Manipulation is suitable for a wide variety of products including security barriers, crush rails, car park signs through to large bore thick wall pipes for sacrificial cathode anodes.

Special tooling is used to minimise marking on dull and mirror polished stainless steel often used for handrails, staircase wreath bends and shop fitting / clothing rails.

The same machinery can also be used to form tight radius bends in solid bar for davit arms, hoists and extra tough security ‘goal post’ barriers.
