Since our purchase of some of the larger pipe
forming equipment, including three press brakes
and semi-automatic welding beams, and the taking
on of key personnel following the closure of Bentham
International we are now offering specialist forming
of stainless steels, duplex, super-duplex, nickel
alloys, carbon steels, aluminium and titanium pipes
with a single longitudinal weld seam in sizes ranging
from 152 mm O/D up to 660 mm O/D in lengths of up
to 9000 mm.
Larger diameters can be produced but will have two
longitudinal weld seams, alternatively they can
be rolled in 3000 mm lengths with one longitudinal
weld seam.
Pipes and tubes can be fully welded by plasma, TIG
and submerged arc welding techniques to approved
procedures by welders coded to both American and
British specifications.

We have strong links with local subcontractors and are
able to offer a full range of N.D.T. including radiography,
mechanical / chemical testing, heat treatment including
solution annealing, pickling ,passivating and pressure
testing.
